This model is a factory-matched and packaged PEM electrolysis system that produces high purity (99.9995%) hydrogen from water and electricity. It is certified to ISO 22734-1. The generator has two enclosures: (1) Power Supply Enclosure. IP rating: PS Encl IP56; 480 VAC 60 Hz 3 phases; coolant temperature and pressure: 5 – 35 °C and 2.1 – 6.9 barg. (2) Electrolyzer Enclosure. IP rating 54; 480 VAC 60 Hz 3 phases; hydrogen output temperature and pressure 5 – 60 °C and 30 barg; coolant temperature and pressure: 5 – 50 °C for main, 5 – 50 °C for H2 dryer, 2.1 – 6.9 barg; oxygen output 15.9 Nm3/hr (vented); full load current from the power supply enclosure 22 Amps AC, 1307 Amps DC. Power consumed per volume of H2 gas produced 5.8 KWh/Nm3. Production turndown range 0 – 100%.
