Never used, never installed (32) NEL A485 Atmospheric Alkaline Electrolysers. Each electrolyzer stack is 2.5 MW and capable of producing 485 Nm3/hr of hydrogen, with turn-down ration of 15%. Discharged hydrogen is rated at 1.45 psi at 194 °F. Each electrolyzer stack has electrode, cell and diaphragms. Dimensions of electrolyzer stack: 38.2 ft X 6.7 ft X 7.4 ft, weighs 88,850 lbs dry and 138,670 lbs in operation. Spare electrodes are available.
