Unused, never-installed spinning line consisting of a complete system of 12 winders supplied by Barmag (model WinTens602) capable of producing HDY (2 ends of 840 to 1890 denier, 250 mm bobbin stroke) and LDY (4 ends of 210 or 420 deniers, 120 mm bobbin stroke). Technical specifications: titer range 210 – 1890 dtex; winding speed up to 3,500 m/min; 2/4 ends per winder; automatic bobbin change. These winders are “plug and play”, no need for a control cabinet in a remote electrical control room (no cabling, no additional space, etc.). The 12 winders were inspected, overhauled and prepared for startup by Barmag in 2024. Also included in the sale package are central power cabinet (for up to 20 winders), guide PC (Siemens-based control), pneumatic control cabinet, full workshop equipment and tools, original spare parts set (as per OEM supply). This complete spinning line is suitable for Nylon (PA), PET and PP filament yarns (POY / FDY / industrial yarn). In addition, Spintrak2000 of Aspex Incorporated is available. Spintrak2000 is a spinneret inspection system specifically designed to inspect all types of fiber extrusion spinneret/dies used in filament yarn, staple fiber, spunbond, meltblown and spunlace applications.
