The ASU, supplied by Air Products & Chemicals, produces ultra-high purity gaseous nitrogen (9.6 MMSCFD) and liquid oxygen (3 tons/day). The impurities in product nitrogen are less than 500 ppb of H2O, 500 ppb of O2, 500 ppb of CO, 500 ppb of THC, 500 ppb of CO2, and 500 ppb of H2. The impurities in product oxygen are less than 100 ppb of N2, 500 ppb of Ar, 100 ppb of H2O, 100 ppb of CO, 100 ppb of THC, 100 ppb of CO2, and 100 ppb of H2.
