The interior is constructed of 316 stainless steel and the external skin is constructed of 304 stainless steel. The jacket is designed for 80 PSI @ 325 deg F steam. The mixing system consists of a 5 HP (23 rpm) scrape agitator and a 3 HP (365 rpm) 12" prop agitator. The 3 zone jacket has 1.25" threaded fittings. There is a 2.5" bottom discharge with flush mount pneumatic valve. The inside diameter is 54" with a 32.5" straight side height and 23.5" dish bottom. Overall dimensions with agitator and carbon steel legs are 62.5" diameter and 120" high. Requires 230/460 vac 3 phase electrical supply. Drawing on file. Good Condition.
