Unused 2000 Gallon Pfaudler Glass Lined Pressure Reactor. It has an internal rating of 150 psig @ 450*F. The jacket is rated at 150 psig @ 450*F. The glass is made of blue Glasteel 9119. The jacket is a divided jacket with one zone on vessel straight side and another zone on the bottom head. The agitator has Cryolock Nucerite 33" span curved turbine impeller with markings at every 100 gallon increments. The drive is a 6045 SRW single reductio right angle gear reducer with an RPM of 117. There is a 30 hp Reliance motor. The baffle is a Nucerite "fin" baffle with dual RTD elements with stuffing box. The nozzles in the top head are 1 - 18" manhole, 1 - 10" nozzle, 1 - 8" nozzle, 1 - 6" nozzle, 11 - 4" nozzles. The bottom head has 1 - 4" nozzle. The jacket has 2 sets of 300 lb flanged jacket connections.
