Used Keg Washer, cleaner and filler system. Manufactured by KHS GmbH. Model Innokeg COMBIKEG R5. For product flow speed control, maximum filling speeds are 1.5 l/s (0.396 gal/s, 23.78 GPM), 2.2 l/s (0.581 gal/s, 34.87 GPM), and 2.5 l/s (0.660 gal/s, 39.63 GPM), while orifice control systems operate at 2.0 l/s (0.528 gal/s, 31.70 GPM). Minimum pressures at the filling head range from 1.7 bar(g) (24.66 psi) to 3.6 bar(g) (52.21 psi), while orifice control systems operate at 1.2 bar(g) (17.40 psi). Typical product temperatures are maintained between +1 °C (33.8 °F) and +6 °C (42.8 °F), with CO2 content in the range of 5–6 g/l (0.67–0.80 oz/gal). Product transfer pressures before the DFC valve vary between 3.0 bar(g) (43.51 psi) and 4.9 bar(g) (71.07 psi) for different fittings, with a maximum of 5 bar(g) (72.52 psi) in product flow speed control systems. Spray product usage is 27 ml/keg (0.91 fl oz/keg) for flat fittings and 67 ml/keg (2.27 fl oz/keg) for well-type fittings, with up to 5 ml/keg (0.17 fl oz/keg) recoverable for reuse. Used Keg Line for half/quarter bbls and sixtels. 1 keg/min capacity for 1/2bbl, 1/4bbl and 1/6 bbl kegs. Previously used in a brewery.
A distilling system or brewing system takes raw ingredients, namely water, sugar, yeast, and grains and through several steps converts those ingredients into distilled spirits or beer.
