Unused, never-installed Tetra Pak JNSD (Juice, Nectars and Still Drinks) Best Practice Line (BPL) immediately available for purchase. The plant has three (3) settings for various production rates of 22,000 Liters/hr; 16,000 Liters/hr; 7,000 Liters/hr. The plant includes (A) Juice Processing Line, consisting of (A1) Mixing and Batching section, (A2) Pasteurization section, (A3) CIP Cleaning section; and (B) Sugar Dissolving Line. This line produces commercially sterile high-acid beverages such as juices, nectars, and still drinks using a combination of heat treatment, filtration, UV light treatments, and aseptic blending. Steps include pasteurising the concentrate, treating the water with UV light, and filtration, as well as blending the concentrate and water aseptically in-line. This process reduces energy consumption by up to 67% and water consumption by up to 50%, while also lowering production costs compared to a conventional setup where the entire product stream is pasteurised.
