Top head includes (4) 4" top openings and (1) 6" diameter center top opening. Vessel is rated for 45 PSI/Full Vacuum internal at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to minus 20 degrees Fahrenheit, 0.375 nominal thickness. Last used as WFI storage tank at major pharmaceutical company. Mounted of (6) pipe legs. New in 2001. Serial number JS1514. National Board Number 4909, very good condition.
