Phoenix purchased this Gas-to-Liquids plant that was built in 2016. Envia required that we dismantle the site within a very short time frame so that they could sell the land.
We closed on the transaction in less than week and mobilized within 10 days. We saved over 100 pieces of equipment including a complete 15.7 MMSCFD Hydrochem Syngas plant. Envia was able to clear the land and receive value for the assets quickly.
