Overview

Used hydrotreating reactor designed by Axens under ASME VIII Div.1 and PED 2014/68/EU codes for vegetable oil/bios hydrotreating. Approximate capacity: 159 m³ (159,000 liters), Inner diameter: approx. 2,600 mm; Type of backgrounds: Semi-elliptical 2:1; Main material: SA-387 Gr.11 Cl.2 + inner stainless refill. Internal design pressure:65.7 kg/cm²(g) (64.43 bar(g)); Outside Pressure: Full Vacuum @ Ambient; Hydrostatic test pressure (workshop): 97 kg/cm² (95.12 bar(g)); Hydrostatic test pressure (field): 94 kg/cm² (92.18 bar(g)); Periodic hydrostatic test pressure: 85.5 kg/cm² (83.85 bar(g)); M.A.W.P.: 65.7 kg/cm²(g) at 370 °C. Design temperature:370 ºC; Minimum design temperature:0 ºC. Due to its SA-387 Gr.11 CL.2 metallurgy with stainless steel internal cladding for high-pressure H2 service and 3-bed design, the reactor can be repurposed for traditional hydrodesulfurization (HDS), light hydrocracking, pyrolysis oil upgrading, and oleochemical processing. The reactor has been dismantled and is ready for shipment.
