Phoenix Equipment has this used Crude Refining Unit (Topping Unit) for sale. The unit was designed to process two types of crude oil feed: light crude of 34° API and heavy crude of 20° API. The unit is designed to be able to reprocess 1,500 BPD of out-side off-spec naphtha in addition to and concurrent with the 10,000 BPD crude fractionation. Provisions are included to handle off-spec conditions either (1) for too high a vapor pressure or (2) with too high an end point. Alternate feed locations are to the Main Fractionator for conditions (1) or to the Naphtha Stabilizer for condition (2).
