The water for injection (WFI) line consists of a Cozzoli UT36 unscrambling turn table into a Cozzoli VR2S-8-94 monoblock liquid filler and stoppering machine. Bottle range: 1/2" to 2-3/8" (diameter) x 1-1/4" to 6" (height). Stopper range: 13mm - 20mm . Currently set up for 5/10ml vials with 20mm stopper and 60 cc pistons. 8 head filler has 3/8" diameter diving nozzles. Worm screw container handling. Cozzoli VP-12-SF-SS-62 vacuum plugger. 12 head, worm screw infeed. Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 PLC controls with A/B panelview 600, Omron drives.
