Capacity 47,000 gallons of water. Empty weight 88,380 lbs. Year manufactured 1985, year out of service 2018, currently under 15 psig nitrogen blanket.

Used 300 gallon Stainless Steel Reactor Body, Mfg. by Trinity Industries. 48" inside diameter with 36" straight wall. OAL of vessel 72". Stainless steel contact parts, carbon steel jacket. Interior rated 300/FV PSI at 600 F. Two zone 2" half pipe jacket rated at 200 PSI at 650 F. TOP has 16" x 12" manwy cover with spring assist and swing out bolts. Top also has (1) 8" 300 lb flange- center top mounted, (1) 8" , (1) 4", (1) 3", (3) 1.5", (1) 1", (1) 3/4", and (2) 1/2" flanges. Bottom has a 6" pad flange for center bottom discharge. Vessel has four supports for mounting reactor on a mezzanine. ASME F & D dished bottom and top. Unit was built 1995. Serial number 01-119. National board no. 6595. Altered by Enerfab in March 2003, Repaired by Welding Services August 2005. Good condition.
