Unit has bolt on top with (5) 1-1/2" inlet; (1) 4" center inlet and (1) 4" side inlet. Unit has 1" inlet/outlet on jacket, and 1-1/2" center bottom discharge. Unit manufactured in 1997, national board 7209, serial number 5209-1.
