Model #B6000-C-B1500-WSS-750/2-1FR. Designed for a biodiesel distillation column. Uses two rotary-lobe vacuum boosters in series, followed by an intercooler and a two-stage liquid-ring vacuum pump. Biodiesel is used as the liquid-ring pump sealant, and the sealant is circulated in a closed-loop recovery system through a heat exchanger. 280 lbs/hr inlet flow with 76% nitrogen, 23% methanol, and 1% water vapor composition. 60°C inlet temperature. Cooling medium: 45°F water/40% glycol. Each skid includes two Tuthill rotary-lobe boosters, intercooler, Dekker DV0751B-DA3 two-stage liquid-ring vacuum pump with 75 HP motor, separator tank, closed-loop biodiesel sealant system, plate heat exchanger, circulation pump, booster liquid-injection system, instrumentation, valves, and skid-mounted piping. 3Ph/60Hz/460V.
