Phoenix Equipment Corporation has this used Super Absorbent Polymer plant immediately available.
This plant produces 4th generation super absorbent polymer. The crosslinking on the surface of the polymer particles gives them a shell that keeps them from giving up moisture when under pressure. The product goes into the latest version of thin diapers.
Major raw materials used for SAP production are Acrylic Acid, Oxidized Starch and Caustic Soda.
The plant has potential to increase capacity to 115,000 TPY
