Product contact surfaces: 316L-SS, Exterior Base: 304-SS, Scraper motor 7.5KW (10 HP), 400V-3PH-50HZ with gear reducer – output 108 RPM. Max internal pressure: 8 bar. (120PSI). Product inlet: DN32 (1.5”) dairy fitting; Product outlet: DN50 (2”) dairy fitting. Media connections: 1”. Scraper Blade Mat’l: PVDF. Unit Includes temperature control system with adjustable characteristics. (Product inlet temp, water inlet temp, water outlet temp are digitally displayed. Product outlet temperature is controlled by a regulator with actual product temperature indicator and push buttons to select the desired set point for the outlet temperature. Also includes digital product pressure display). Operation manuals included.
