Used 60" Pelligrini Stainless Steel Coating Pan. Serial #: 281. The pan measures 60" diameter by 56" deep with a 20.5" diameter opening. The pan is not perforated and comes with 6 internal baffles. Pan is open in the back to hook up an exhaust and has an opening in theback for a heater. The frame is painted green and is perforated to allow hot air to the pan. Last used in a large pharmaceutical facility.
