Animal Health Fermentation Facility - Indiana, USA
After several years of marketing a 10-acre animal health fermentation facility, a major pharmaceutical manufacturer was unable to develop a buyer. Phoenix Equipment purchased the site and took responsibility for all carrying costs, including taxes, utilities, security and environmental condition. After 18 months of intensive marketing, the facility was to re-sold to a US based company to be re-started to make a different animal health product. Several of the former employees were re-hired and the plant is once again operational.
